• Design, implement, optimize and document a large scale online multiplayer client and server solution. • Design and implement tools and applications used for data mining / analyzing and server operations. • Work closely with the engine and gameplay teams to collaborate on core systems. • Research and develop network models and solutions. • Accurately estimate schedules and deliver high quality products on time. • Lead and mentor a small team of network programmers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • At least 2 published games credited as a Senior Gameplay Programmer. • Experience implementing and iterating game logic. • Experience working on networked game logic. • Experience working closely with Artists and Designers to produce high quality systems.
