AS A PART OF OUR GROWTH STRATEGY HAMLET PROTEIN A/S STRENGTHENS THE COMPANY PROFILE AND THE MARKET EFFORTS AND IS NOW SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EUROPEAN BASED NUTRITIONIST WITH A SOLID EXPERIENCE AND STRONG COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING. THE INDIVIDUAL FULLY MASTERS THE ROLE AS SPARRING PARTNER TO THE CUSTOMER AND THUS IS ABLE TO PROFESSIONALLY ADVISE ON THE APPLICATION OF OUR HIGH-QUALITY FEED PROTEINS.
With reference to the Chief Commercial Offcer, the Feed Application Manager gets a challenging and demanding area of responsibility in an international company. The main areas of focus include:
• Technical support for and product training of our business partners worldwide
• Customer visits and presentations at customer workshops
• Support to sales colleagues and, in cooperation with the marketing function, conversion of scientifc facts into sales arguments
• Preparation of material in connection with the introduction of new products
• Planning and implementation of feed trials with HP products
• Participation in symposiums and conferences.
70 – 90 days travelling pr year globally must be expected.
Our new Feed Application Manager:
• Holds a Master Degree and possibly a PhD in animal nutrition
• Shows documented results from a commercial function or from technical service within our line of
segments: Pigs, calves or chicken – or similar experience from feed ingredients
• Speaks and writes English and/or German for negotiation purposes and has possibly experience with
another main language
• Puts him/herself into the customer’s position in a sales situation
• Is confdence inspiring and thrives in an extrovert function
• Thinks naturally outside the box, seeks possibilities and fnds solutions
• Is an inspiring and competent communicator who presents and argues convincingly
• Is the team player who gets on with all parts of the organization, among customers and business partners
and who works well in an international environment
