AS A PART OF OUR GROWTH STRATEGY HAMLET PROTEIN A/S STRENGTHENS THE COMPANY PROFILE AND THE MARKET EFFORTS AND IS THEREFORE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AREA SALES MANAGER.
With reference to the Chief Commercial Ofcer, the individual gets a challenging and demanding area of responsibility in an international company. The main areas of focus include a combination of active sales and management of our global net of distributors. Furthermore the focus will be on servicing existing customers as well as expanding our customer base and markets. In close corporation with our Feed Application Team the Area Sales Managers support and advice customers on the use of our high quality feed proteins. The individual must be based within Europe and must expect 70-90 days travelling globally per year.
Our new Area Sales Manager: • Holds a relevant technical education, preferably within agriculture/feed and demonstrates a good technical understanding • Has solid experience and a proven track record from international BtB sales • Is capable of both closing the order and working strategically with markets and customers • Brings experience from food, ingredients, feed or the like • Speaks and writes English and/or German for negotiation purposes and has possibly experience with another main language • Fully masters the role as sparring partner to the customer and thrives in an international environment • Is the team player who works independently and is focused on results • Is an excellent communicator with a confdence gaining approach
